Super clean gym with nice staff and equipment. If you’re looking for a place to comfortably workout without feeling crowded or having to wait for machines/equipment this is the place. I work with Mike and Trevor who are both great trainers. They are great at keeping me motivated and showing me new exercises. I look forward to the gym every day.

I recently moved to Arizona and currently researching fitness centers in my area. This fitness center advertised a one week free “No obligation” 7 day trial if you schedule an appointment. I scheduled an appointment today at12:30p, toured the facility, which was nice. However, I wanted to use my one week free access just to get a feel of the facility before signing up for membership. The manager told me that in order to get the free trial, I had to pay $10, for the “free no obligation access “. He said it would be deducted from the membership once I signed up. However, the purpose of the free access is to use the gym first to determine IF I want to sign up. Therefore if I decide I don’t want to join, the free trial isn’t actually free or without obligation. I really was thinking about signing up to this gym because of its location and access, but I changed my mind and will continue my search for a gym that’s honest up front and really do want my membership.

Had a 10am scheduled with Suzie this morning. Was excited to finally see the gym and sign up with a trainer. Got to the gym and obviously doors are locked. No one came outside to get me at 10am. I called twice and no one answered. I emailed and also texted, no response. No phone call or text or email to say she couldn't make our appointment and that we needed to reschedule. What a waste of my time. I took time out of my work schedule to come here today for my scheduled appointment and the staff was a no call/no show. Highly unprofessional.

Update 9/13/24: The community board mentioned upgrades coming in the future, which is great. New treadmills were installed as promised. There was a broken exercise bicycle that got replaced, it was the only broken machine I've seen at the gym in the two years I have been coming here. Pretty good in my opinion! The corner squat rack needs the wooden flooring updated. It feels uneven, and when I am doing squats I go to the other areas instead. I've only had positive interactions with the staff, everyone has been professional and friendly. Original Review: This is a really nice AF location, and I appreciate the amenities and cleanliness. The towels for use and for cleaning are almost always in stock, and wipes are always around as well which is very appreciated. No machines or equipment are left broken. Small touches like raffles, events and quotes on the whiteboard shows the staff cares.

I have not been going to this gym for several months, but am determined to get back into shape. I have always felt good at this gym, members are easy to be around. Not a big box gym, which I appreciate. I was happy to learn the personal trainers bought this location. Never any broken equipment! Clean bathrooms.
