Extremely rude and unaccommodating. Do the Ballard location instead. Indoor playground receptionist on Wednesdays specifically at CC. Will not recommend this location to any of our community. Managers, feel free to reach out if you want to hear my experience, otherwise find kinder staff.

No accessibility services. They expect students with disabilities to provide their own support and teach them gymnastics themselves, while the teacher for the class just helps all the able-bodied/neurotypical kids.

My daughter loves going here for gymnastics and I have been very pleased with the Colombia City location. My daughter seems to have made the fastest and most gains here. The coaches have been able to instruct her in ways that help her catch on to skills quickly.

Their drop policy is extremely shady and the staff will not even mention it to you if you clearly tell them that your kid is going to have to leave until the first of the month rolls around so they can milk another month out of you. The drop form and policy is buried on the website, too. If you are leaving town or changing sports, better to drop too early than too late. They also have real limited classes for the older kids.

Place is great and staff is as well, the community and family/parents there not so great. Our first time going there, and our kiddo is almost 3. He’s learning and we are learning too, given that we didn’t know what we were getting into. We went for open gym time. The parents/families there were not very supportive. Our kid and us are trying to learn to be patient and wait our turn. Learning to try to play with others but also giving space. Given the current climate of the pandemic we understand. However, our kid was just too excited and we apologize for that. But to belittle us and our kid because we were a little too excited and wanting to play with others is sad and frankly disconcerting. Unfortunately everyone there can relate, being the first time there, and being with a kid who’s learning, but instead the passive aggressive whispers and sighs of frustration… Newcomers are not welcome, and if you are be sure your kid knows how to follow rules and learns fast. If not, you will hear for yourself from the everyone else. Won’t be going again, sad to say, but the place was great.
