EDIT: The owner resolved the issues with calling shortly after I posted this review. I continued going for a few months and had a generally good experience. Main reason I stopped is because the classes no longer worked with my son’s nap time ——— You need to call to schedule a make up class or cancel membership but they NEVER pick up the phone. I’ve tried calling at several different days and times. I know they’re not busy because every time I’ve been there there are at least 3 employees milling about doing nothing. Don’t come here if you want good customer service

We absolutely love this place! My three-year-old started taking classes there with Teacher Sarah last year. This place made her fall in love with gymnastics. She is now in Teacher Marlo's class. Teacher Elaine often are there when the class need two teachers. My daughter love all of them. They are all very athletic, kind, patient, and good with kids. My daughter learned A LOT from their classes. Besides the teachers are fantastic, the kids and parents are nice people too. And the facility is always clean. They even provide water, fruit, clean wiping cloth, etc for the little ones. They sanitize the floor completely after each class. My daughter was so looking forward to this fun&educational class every week. They also have FREE play time for members often. That is so convenient for us. We always tried to drop in those free play time on Friday after school. It is a great way to burn out her left energy, especially in rainy Seattle when all the outdoor playgrounds are wet and dark! Absolutely would recommend to any one I know, and I have been doing so!

My daughter had a great first class, but her second class included far too many kids per instructor (six 3-4 year olds per instructor, so 12 kids and 2 instructors). The class was chaos without enough supervision. My 3 year old daughter’s hand was smashed in a door by another kid in class because there wasn’t any order. The manager did not apologize for the situation and basically told us to take our kid and leave.

We love this place! We are newer members, and it has taken several classes for our 3yr old to warm up so far. She still has moments of hiding in a corner watching but the teachers are so patient and encouraging, she has really started to enjoy herself. I am also very thankful for their offering of Parent Survival Night, so Daddy and I can have a nice dinner together while she plays!

Expensive for a once a week class that’s 45 min….some of the instructors aren’t engaged. But if you want your LO to have some social interaction. Not really worth it imo.
