Highly recommend OT! Went for the weights, but it’s really improved my running too. Love the instructors at Wallingford - & the front desk staff are the friendliest! It’s been a perfect place for the last 10 months for me - really life changing! Love my OT family & routine! 😄🎉💕

I love OTF Wallingford!! The coaches are the best— very experienced and high energy. Lots of class times to flex with your schedule, and I love the 2G class formats that this studio offers. I also have appreciated the cleanliness and quality of the studio itself- equipment is always functional and in good condition. I’ve been to many OTF studios across the country and this one definitely exceeds expectations. Such a good community at the Wallingford studio!

I’ve been training in OTF for the past 5 years and by far this has been my favorite studio, always clean, coaches are amazing, the staff is always ready to help and are super friendly.
