This is a great trainer gym with a focus on baseball/softball. My trainer moved here from a big corporate gym and has had a much better experience. It's great to get away from the lift-only culture and be around others who want to up their game. Unfortunately if you aren't partaking in the ball sports, it's pretty small.,

I've been a trainer at FM for a year now, and it's been the best experience that I've had so far in the Fitness industry. I can work independently with my clients and have access to a fully equipped spacious facility. Frank (the owner) has created a special place for trainers, coaches, athletes, and anyone wanting to improve themselves. Not to mention the several furry friends that are certainty a part of the welcoming culture at FM Sports!

one of the best gyms I have belonged to! There are a lot of very good personal trainers. Best of all It's a real gym, not a snoby social club. If you have kids looking to have a baseball scholarship and need batting or pitching coaching, I would check out FM Sports
