Never support this LA Fitness very bad people in the front. I was asking for a towel one young girl 4:30 PM. She was using cell phone wash social media and she never listen to me at the end. I have to live without a towel which is I have a service towel very disrespectful people

I had a great experience at this specific La fitness location. Clean equipment, great members who were all friendly. Clean locker room and pool. But what stood out most was my interaction with Michael. He was super friendly and welcoming. It had been a long time since I have been in the gym and he had no problem taking the time to show me equipment and make me feel comfortable. Also when I went to purchase my memberahip he answered all my questions not problem. Truly a world class experience with him. Everyone go and ask for Michael!

This gym is considered as a premium gym which members pay more monthly, so we should receive a premium experience. Unfortunately, the amount of cardio machines that are broken at one given time is unthinkable. Additionally, the 5am crew comes to a dirty gym as if no one cleaned it the night prior. With LA Fitness overall reputation, I believe they can do better or don’t charge extra!

It's a pretty nice gym compared to the nearby LA Fitness centers. It is always crowded, be prepared for that! There is a good amount of members who must not wear deodorant. I'll leave it at that to not offend people. Other than that!! It's your typical LA Fit. Gets the job done and the staff has always been friendly.

The locker rooms at this location are consistently dirty and poorly maintained. Restrooms are often not stocked with essential supplies like soap and paper towels, which is unacceptable for a gym of this size and reputation. Cleanliness and proper stocking are basic expectations, and I hope management addresses these issues promptly to improve the experience for members.
