This gym is seriously lacking in almost every aspect -the locker rooms are filthy, and the staff seem completely uninterested in addressing any concerns. The equipment is getting old. Starts to get overly crowded at the best of times. Avoid this place at all costs. Oh, and they try to trick you into signing contracts without telling you all the details.

I love the sauna area! I don’t have a membership but a couple times a month I will go in just to enjoy the sauna. The staff is always friendly and it has always been a clean environment. I wish they had better weekend hours because I always seem to want to soak around 8pm, but it’s a small gripe for something I really enjoy.

Fantastic gym, can be a bit busy at times but that's what you expect when you have a great gym. A special shout out to Scott who works there! He had to correct me with some of the gym etiquette and was absolutely fantastic about it. Super appreciated!!!

Amazing experience i did the 6 week challenge and had great results and lost 20 pounds. They continue to update machines and their facilities are always super clean. Todd was great to speak with and super understanding when things got rocky with my schedule. Efrem was an amazing trainer and always kept me super motivated and excited to come back and he taught me so many usefull things that i can use even when i can make it to the gym! They've got me excited to work out and im happy to do it here!

I’ve been a member for several years, and I see the owners at the gym everyday, working along side with their employees. They are constantly upgrading and maintaining the building, making it better and better. Over the years, they have improved the pressure of the men’s room showers, added more fans to the work out area, and have done other small upgrades. I was happy to see added (and upgraded) bicycle parking in front of the building today (10/17/23). I recommend this gym to friends and family all the time. Sauna and steam room is always clean, members and staff are friendly.
