You have the opportunity to experience this pilates studio by attending a free introductory session. You are required to wear grippy socks during the class. This facility is clean and located in a shopping center with parking. There are cubbies where you can put your belongings. I took several classes over the winter season with knowledgeable, helpful, and skilled instructors that you reserve ahead via app. Membership packages options are 4, 8 and unlimited classes per month. You are encouraged to bring water with you on the floor. Wipes are provided to wipe the reformer and equipment used at the end of class. It was notable that you may not be able to get someone by phone to make class changes and it was unforgettable that Jenna asked me on numerous occasions, “What’s my name?” :/

I have been coming to this location since they opened 2 years ago and it has significantly improved my ballet technique. Their policies are clearly communicated to you when signing up and consistently throughout the year. I have the 8-class monthly package and usually book all my classes for the month on the first day it renews. I have never had a problem getting into a class that I was waitlisted for prior. As a studio with 12 reformers, this booking practice is necessary. The app makes it especially easy to join and drop classes. I also make sure to add the classes to my personal calendar even if I’m waitlisted. Some of the best instructors I’ve met are here. I especially greatly value Lisa, a former ballerina herself. She demonstrates great expertise in human movement and instructs her classes accordingly. I gain better understanding of my body after her classes thanks to her detailed instruction. This studio demonstrates great customer service, cleanliness, professionalism, consistency and is exceptionally organized. I am thankful to be able to practice Pilates in such an environment and see its tremendous impact in my life.

Instructors are wonderful but front desk customer service is horrible. They are not accommodating at all with change of schedule and very quick to take your credit if you are on a 4/8 pack membership. I finally cancelled my membership and I’m relived. It’s ridiculous how inflexible they are for the amount of money they charge you.

Edit : so now the employees do not have the ability to send me the cancellation form. Only the assistant office manager who is out of the office. If I want to cancel the membership, I should be able to click that button in the app to cancel it. But once you press that button a little note pops up giving the email and phone number to cancel. But when you try to cancel that way they claim they’re waiting on the manager to send a form. Why do the employees not have the ability to send me the form. But per them, our phone conversation was my 30 day notice cancellation. But yet.. it isn’t cancelled. Sneaky sneaky sneaky. I really hate that I even have to give one star to this place, but here it goes. I also have to tell people that I recommended to come here to run far away. I’m really disgusted at how they are so manipulative with their words when signing people up for the memberships. The woman who signed me up was Skylar. If a person signed up a month ago, how in the world are they able to give a 30 day notice to cancel for the month that automatically is stolen from your account? I was under the impression that I was paying the down payment cost for the unlimited membership for 3 months. Not each month they’ll take out that amount. Poor explanations. I feel like they are sneaky with their words and sneaky with their policies. So I suggest any future prospects stay far, far away. I have to now go through my bank to get this disputed before they input my card info again. And my bank told me they input my card in. It isn’t even auto recurring like they say. That is also very sneaky and just another form of manipulation. Obviously I will not be returning.

I am extremely disappointed with the way this studio is being managed. I up until today was a loyal client. I enjoyed their classes, however today they switched their policy literally overnight, did not notify members and then declined access to classes. This studio like many others have a 5 minute late policy signed by members. Last night they supposedly changed it to no longer allow a 5 minute grace period. They did not notify members via email or any other method. I showed up for an 8am class at 8:02am. I was denied entry. Another member also arrived and they were denied entry. We both were told the policy changed last night. I checked with other members I know and they did not receive any emails updating them of this new policy. It is poor management to change a policy overnight and not notify members. I’ve written to their management team who could not be reached this morning. I am hoping this won’t be my last taste/ review of this place. I’ll update/delete once or if this is properly addressed. 9/27/24 Thais
