Bon Secours In Motion at Red Mill Landing

I came in while in a lot of pain looking for a place to get PT. Tiffany at the front desk was very unhelpful and I seemed like a bother to her. Without even looking into my insurance she said the cost could be several hundred dollars. When I asked abt self pay she said it would run $500-$600 a visit. She was extremely condescending & unhelpful. Needless to say I left and went to Sentara Therapy Center where they were extremely kind and willing to help me out. Don’t waste your time here!

Wonderful place! Right before our vacation to Va Beach, my son sustained an injury to his ankle. Our doctor instructed four weeks of PT, but we were going to be away for two. I researched several places online that were near our vacation destination and found Bon Secours. Unfortunately, the area didn't have any PT's covered by our insurance, but they worked with us to create an efficient PT plan so that our expenses were reasonable. Aimee, the office manager, was exceedingly well organized and communicated with our doctor for orders before we arrived. Chrissy, our PT, was very thorough in creating a baseline, then identifying effective exercises for home to supplement the work done on site. By the end of our vacation, Chrissy had advanced our son's recovery in two weeks, almost reaching the benchmarks that were expected in four weeks. She is sending our doctor a report on progress made that we can also share with a PT in our local area for the second half of rehab. The people at the Red Mill location are very professional, warm and welcoming, and we highly recommend!

My initial visit with Christina at In Motion far exceeded my expectations. The care, knowledge and treatment I received during my appointment has given me optimism for recovery from an auto accident and also from an aggravated long term condition I have been living with for many years. I'm looking forward to my next session with Andrew. Also, the ladies at the front desk were kind and very professional. Highly recommend.

I went there for a year. It is the best physical therapy I have ever had and I have had many I do not want to leave anybody out so I will say that Glenda and her staff are the greatest in the world. Not many can say they looked forward to going to therapy, I did and still stop by to say hello. My quality of life is so much better now.

I recently completed physical therapy at the Red Mill Location. The staff is awesome. Glenda and Christi are great! Thank you ladies for helping me get through both of my knee surgeries last year.
