Reformer 1.0 with Stephanie is rewarding and challenging especially when you are new to Pilates. She is very thorough with her verbal directions and will occasionally demonstrate when introducing a new concept to the class. Her personality is effervescent and friendly. I absolutely love her classes and I look forward to more of her challenges ;)

My all-time favorite place- Club Pilates! Highly recommend. Best instructors and variety of classes for every fitness level. I just attended a Level 2 class taught by BECKY who is absolutely one of the very top CP instructors. Closing in on 1600 classes soon so I am certain that I know by now what makes an excellent instructor, and Becky is one of the best. Also, huge Shout Out to instructors -Neeta, Melissa, Deborah, Amber And on and on. Find your best self with the best instructors @Club Pilates

I love this place. It’s seriously changed my life after having a baby. I feel so good about my body and the instructors are all incredible and very helpful, especially Amanda, Stephanie, and Emilie. I’ve done almost 100 classes within 5 months. The energy is great, it’s sparkling clean, and there are adaptations and classes for every skill level. Yes, it is hard to get into classes sometimes. Book in advance, and join wait lists. There’s a reason everyone wants to take classes at Club Pilates Reston

Neeta is an exceptional Pilates instructor- a true gem! She continually monitors customers forms. She corrects form, carefully monitors alignment, explains movements to prevent injuries, making her stand out as an instructor who truly does things the right way. Even when the movements could be challenging, she lightens the atmosphere and encourages us to do our best. Her calm and nurturing voice makes corrections feel supportive rather than uncomfortable, creating a positive and motivating environment. Thank you Neeta! You rock!!!

Becky is a superb instructor. She's actively aware that she has different levels of experience in her class so her teaching style is calm and patient and measured. She doesn't assume That all members of the class will understand the instruction. Her style allows The new people to keep up and understand the instruction And the experienced people aren't bored or frustrated
