Homegrown Power Yoga

I have practiced yoga for years and even taught for a few, but between Covid and a busy schedule my practice shifted to in home vs a studio. I finally made it a priority to get back into a studio and as soon as I walked into Homegrown, I knew it was the best decision I could have made. The studio itself is so inviting and the staff is so warm and welcoming. I’ve also gotten to see lots of familiar faces from a previous studio I practiced at, so that’s a plus. I love how the teachers really meet you where you're at, I felt very supported yet challenged . The studio is heated, but not stifling. It is very obvious Allison has put tremendous love and care into her studio. I highly recommend Homegrown Power Yoga to any level of yogi, you won’t regret it!

There is no better studio in the area for hot yoga, with such a unique and inclusive community - it’s like a home away from home. Alison is an absolute gem of a human being and of course has assembled an exceptional team of teachers as well. Love homegrown!!

Hands down THE BEST yoga studio in VA area. Actually it’s not just a yoga studio. It’s a community, it’s a place to come and grow together and be supported by a dedicated staff. This place just gives and keeps on giving more. Absolutely love it ❤️❤️

30+ year practitioner here. If you are a vinyasa practitioner looking to practice while on a trip to Dulles, Herndon or Reston in Virginia or looking for a home - this is your place. The studio is friendly and filled with light. Mats, towels and cubicles to privately dress. The practice is heated, hard, joyous. The business district where the studio sits is eclectic with coffee shops, restaurants and ample parking. Easy to get on and off 267 (the Dulles toll road.)
