I would like to thank Club Pilates Burke Team! Especially my instructor Katherine for her exceptional instruction. I've been dealing with a rotator cuff injury in my left shoulder for the past seven months, and since I started working with Katherine two months ago, I’ve been able to lift my arm again—something I thought might not happen. Katherine is incredibly dedicated and truly attentive to each of her students. She tailors exercises based on individual needs and continuously provides varied exercises to target and strengthen different muscle groups. I’m genuinely grateful for her guidance and expertise. It’s been a pleasure working with Katherine, and I believe she is an outstanding teacher.

I’ve been going to the Club Pilates in Burke sporadically for the last few years. It has inspired me to become a Pilates instructor and I signed up for their Teacher Training to become an instructor! All the instructors are phenomenal and the owner Julie and GM Larry are a pleasure to work with. With chiropractic care and Pilates I have experienced relief from herniated discs in my cervical spine. I highly recommend!

I've been attending classes at Club Pilates Burke for several months and can't say enough about the terrific instructors I've had the opportunity to take classes with (Dora, Dale, Amanda, Fiona so far). They also offer specialized classes, and I'm very impressed by the community involvement of the studio - for example the owner Julie was kind enough to support and host my "pop up" event to collect dresses on behalf of "Operation Deploy Your Dress."

I started going to the Burke Pilates studio after my breast cancer surgery over 3 years ago. At first, I had difficulty pulling my body weight with my hands in straps, partially due to the incisions. Now I am able to do so much, including Level 2! Additionally, I have osteoporosis. The instructors have been great about informing me of any modifications I need to make to the exercises to accommodate that. The good news is that my last DEXA x-ray showed improvements in my bone density showing that not only is Pilates helping me get stronger, stay cancer-free, but it has also helped my bones, as well.
