I’ve been a member since June 2024 and I love it. I appreciate the variety in the classes and within the instructors. I’ve identified my top 3 favorite instructors and classes and I’ve noticed such a difference in my strength and flexibility. I enjoy physical challenges and I feel encouraged and motivated by the instructors to listen to my body and do my best. I have truly enjoy the interactions with the staff, instructors, and fellow clients.

I went just for the intro class - as someone w several years of mat and reformer experience… The class content was solid and gave a good overview of the machines and courses that are offered I am new to the area so I signed up for this class so that I can join the studio. I am six months pregnant and the instructor almost turned me away without asking if I had experience or was even clear for Pilates by my doctor. If I had not advocated for myself, I don’t think she would’ve let me join the class and that’s very frustrating as a pregnant person living a fit life. also, it’s been over 24 hours since my intro class and no one has called me or give me any information on how I can join the studio but I would have liked to join. I called and left msssages with no response I ended up going to ashburn core pilates bc I was never able to figure out how to join.

I have been recommending all of my friends to join Club Pilates since I joined a month or so ago. I love the different classes, and all of the instructors are great and supportive. This is the first time in my life where I look very forward to getting my exercise in for the day!

Club Pilates has given me a good workout experience which is a combination of strengthening and stretching with an option of multiple levels of classes to progress gradually and safely. I am now very confident and always look forward for my next class and simultaneously improved my Tennis.

I joined the center after an excellent free trial session, but I have faced several issues since then. The first issue is that it’s extremely difficult to book classes at convenient times. I easily lose my sessions at the beginning of every subscription month and end up having to take classes at 5:30 a.m. just to make use of them. The reception staff are poorly trained and do not seem to know the center’s policies. The customer is left to bear full responsibility for any issues. About three months ago, I had a problem that I had to resolve with the manager after much hassle. As usual, it was a case of poor communication and lack of clarity from the reception staff, and I ended up taking the blame. I am not surprised by the reviews mentioning issues with the cancellation process and poor customer service. Last month, I called the reception to ask why my subscription fee hadn’t been charged and why my sessions weren’t showing up in my account. The receptionist apologized, processed the payment, and added the sessions. I then asked her when I should cancel my subscription because I wanted to cancel it. She told me to cancel 30 days before the next billing cycle, I asked her to cancel it, and she assured me everything was fine and my subscription was cancelled and I can join again anytime. Yesterday, I received a message stating that my payment for this month was overdue and that I might be charged a late fee. I was shocked because I was sure I had already canceled my subscription. I called the center, and a lady named Molly answered. I explained the situation to her, and she said there was no record of my cancellation and that I needed to fill out a cancellation form. I explained that the receptionist I spoke with last month didn’t inform me of this, and she confirmed that my subscription was canceled. Molly said she would relay my message to the manager. I emailed the manager with all these details, and she responded by saying she couldn’t find my phone call (I even sent her a screenshot of my call log with the center). I don’t remember the name of the receptionist I spoke with, as their staff seems to change frequently. The manager then told me I had to bear responsibility for this month’s payment, and the amount was withdrawn from my account without my consent. They charged me for the month and added the sessions to my account, even though I missed three sessions last month due to scheduling conflicts, and those sessions were canceled before the month ended. This is terrible management, with zero care for the customer and completely untrained staff.
