Great spot if you’re traveling and need a full gym. Not too busy but has all the gear and free weights you need for a full body workout

Great clean gym. In the winter (even the summer) the cardio room is mad cold for whatever reason. The equipment selection is great with a true CrossFit room and tons of equipment. Though you won't find a conventional pulldown/row cable machine

***You will have to have military base access in order to attend this gym.*** A great morning workout was had! 💪🏽🦵🏽 Gym machines, indoor turf area for easy circuit training, & indoor track for running laps.

The fitness center is huge and has almost everything I want for my workouts. Even better, they have 24 hot access for benefit holders. The layout is a bit chaotic and equipment is stuffed anywhere there is space.
