I've been going there since January 2023 and it has become a home away from home. Great facility, even better people. Everyone is welcome and the training is very intense. I'm in better shape now than I was when in the Marines. Highly recommend

Coach RayRay and the other coaches are outstanding. The atmosphere and comraderie that takes place at FHG is definitively something unique.

Since arriving in Fort Worth we train at Reyes gym.Whenever we need quality sparring we go to F.H.G. and spar with different boxers male and female. Coach Ray and his staff are always willing to set up a great environment that’s professional and safe. Thank you and the crew you guys rock
