CrossFit Salute is top notch in so many ways! It is veteran owned and very spacious. Frank and the other coaches are knowledgeable, professional, and committed to helping you reach your fitness goals. The equipment is excellent and the gym is always clean! I’ve been coming for almost two years and have met some amazing athletes and friends through this community. If you are looking for a competitive, yet encouraging, atmosphere, look no further. I wish I had joined sooner!

We’ve been members of this gym since September. It is our first time doing CrossFit. We loved the Elevate class (6:05-7:05 am, more weightlifting, less cardio). Jon and Adrian are phenomenal coaches. The new facility is great, and it will only get better as the buildings around finish construction (and when there are lights to see it from 2920). We have had a fantastic experience and highly recommend this box for anyone who wants to improve health and body condition.

After moving to a new area, I was nervous about leaving my old CrossFit gym/friends, however, CrossFit Salute was super welcoming! Frank and his coaches are awesome!

Frank and his Crossfit team are top notch. Crossfit is easily modified to all fitness levels. Love having a great gym so close to home!!
