Crystal Yoga Studio

The bead bar at Crystal Yoga was such a unique and delightful experience. If you are looking for a fun activity to do with your loved ones, this is it! My daughter, husband and I enjoyed the process and picking out each bead. Definitely recommend checking it out!

Crystal Yoga Studio is my all time favorite. It's beautiful and I always feel energized rather than drained when I leave. The studio is truly there to bring about wellness in the community and not purely for profit . I have so much fun and I have transformed into a much stronger body and person because of this studio. People of all ages, backgrounds and skill level are welcome to all classes, and no shade for being a couple minutes late :)

I have been going to Crystal Yoga for a year now and it is a very special and magical place. I love that the studio is unique and offers sound bowl meditations, kundalini, SUP, yin, aerial, reiki, and more. I loved it so much I started teaching there and am currently obtaining my 300 hour certification where I get to learn how to take my practice to the water and air. 😊 The owner Kristen is very dedicated to her staff and serving the community in the greater Houston region. The markets and events are so much fun! I highly recommend the 200 hour Baptiste training - it is a great introduction to yoga and is structured really well. You can also take one of the workshops or get your 300 to expand your skill set. Aerial 1 was so much fun and I can’t wait to learn performance! The studio is also a crystal boutique and my go to for crystals, jewelry and other healing tools. Crystal Yoga offers a very special approach to the healing arts. The world needs more Crystal yoga! 💎

This place has non rated gear from home depot that is not meant for aerial training of any kind. Let alone rigging on open web frame truss from the bottom of angle iron. Numerous aerialists in the Houston metro stay away from this studio for good reasons and you should too.

Crystal Yoga Studio is SO much more than just a yoga studio. I’m so grateful to have found a place where I feel comfortable as a beginner and am always encouraged and uplifted by the staff! I’m not from the area, but I am 100% willing to make the drive for the experience I have here. Like I said, not just a yoga studio. They sell crystals, they do reiki, massage therapy, stand-up paddle board yoga, yoga teacher trainings, astrology readings, and more! LOVE Crystal Yoga Studio!!! So happy to be part of this beautiful community.
