I LOVE this studio! I have been coming here for a little while and can’t say enough good things about the studio, workout and instructors. The owner is so sweet and makes you feel so welcome and all the instructors are so friendly whether it’s your first class or 50th class. The workout is solid and always challenging but the instructors are great at offering modifications when necessary. I would definitely recommend giving this studio a try!

Prior to coming here, my friends could barely convince me to work out once a year, while complaining the whole time. But something about this studio changed my entire outlook on working out, and now after 50+ classes I’ve never felt stronger or more motivated to commit to a healthier lifestyle. The megaformer is definitely my favorite torture device, and the instructors are amazing- they challenge you and encourage you, and no two workouts are ever the same. Shout out to Keri, Paige, Sheila, and Sara 🖤🖤

I always enjoy taking classes here, Keri always keeps classes fresh and I’m always sore after! She changes routine so each class I’ve taken has been different

I purchased an introductory two week pass on Black Friday, to try services at this business. As I became ill, I emailed the business, asking to receive a refund as I had to cancel classes scheduled due to illness. I indicated I would sign back up at a later date. A response was provided that they could not over a refund, but rather reset my package so I could begin the two week trial once I was better. I agreed, and once I thought I was on the mend, I reached out for the reset, and scheduled classes. Unfortunately, my illness quickly came back. I emailed again stating what happened, as I had to cancel courses again. No response. I emailed once more as a follow up. No response. I am still ill. Ordinarily, I would not be requesting funds back from a service. However, I do not know how long I will be under medical treatment, and I really would prefer to receive a refund of my $89. We live in a time where businesses no longer show concern for the well being of people, only concerns to keep money and then ignore you once you actively communicate valid concerns. If I had no intention on using the pass, I would have never purchased it to begin with. People cannot help health matters that surface. It’s interesting how my emails have gone unanswered, but they are continually posting on social media.
