Breanne has been my trainer for several years and I appreciate her more now more than ever. She challenges me, encourages me, listens to me and makes my workouts intentional and fruitful. I never have bought into the crash diets or fads, but seek a long lasting way of being in good health and gaining strength in my body. This is what attracted me to Breanne- because we are on the same page when it comes to achieving those goals. Her way of encouraging overall lifestyle changes to match what you really want as an individual are in line with how I want to live my life and how I treat my body/mind/mental being. If you are wanting a better overall lifestyle and how your health can reflect that, Breanne is the best trainer for the job.

I have been working with Breanne for 3-4 years (on and off) and can without a doubt say she is an amazing trainer. Breanne teaches you the tools you need to succeed, so you are not reliant on her for success but can create your own! She not only focuses on the physical part of strength training or weight loss but also helps with the mental side, as well. She taught me how to feel comfortable working out again after being near sedentary, she taught me how to properly fuel my body for the goals I had, and she taught me that there are more important things than the number on the scale. If you need an amazing trainer who will help change your life/ lifestyle, instead of just the number on the scale or the size of your tummy… call her immediately. You won’t regret it!

I started training with Breanne in July 2017 and she is simply amazing! She has helped me to continue on my fitness journey and together we continue to smash my goals! Breanne takes the time to understand what I want to achieve and puts together a plan! Over the past 18 months, I have lost inches, body fat percentage but have gained confidence and a great friend! If you're looking to make changes, then Hope & Faith Fitness is the place for you! Breanne is very knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and keeps you honest with your goals! I look forward to the days that I train with Breanne and can't wait to achieve my next set of goals! I've attached a picture that shows my 1 year progress working with Breanne! I LOVE Breanne's style and how she helps people focus on long term success. I went to her a year out from an extremely restrictive plan that was a big fail in the end because as much as I kept telling the creator of the plan that it wasn't sustainable, she kept focusing on the fact that I was losing weight and body fat (which I promptly gained back once I stopped the plan that wasn't sustainable long term). Breanne helped me find a balance between doing what's good for me and will help me reach my goals and enjoying life in a way that's sustainable. She's an awesome personal trainer and health coach with a no nonsense and realistic approach to help individuals identify and work toward their own personal goals. I highly recommend her to the lost and frustrated (like me). She helped me leverage the things I already knew that were working for me and let go of the things that weren't while building new knowledge, mindset, and skills to help me long term.

Breanne is by far one of the trainers I trust the most who has been certified, knows her lifts and nutrition, is up to date and keeps real life in mind. I refer my patients to her knowing we can collaborate to effectively resolve pain and build strength for an overall win win approach! I can't recommend her enough plus her nutrition counseling online is an effective way to start making lasting lifestyle changes.
