Very rude i called to get information on why I was being charged when I haven’t been attending the gym since last year and she continued to argue and be rude about it then called me back saying I was to cancel membership if I didn’t not want to continue going?! I was not aware of this or that it was a continuous charge but of course what do I know the customer is never right. What of been nice if she said I can talk to the owner maybe we can give you credit and attend a couple of months free since you paid but that was not the case so they lost a customer and will not recommend due to this experience

Amazing and loyal..they don't let you give up and believe in you..Let you recognize the ability and strength you have..open your eyes to understand you can make it. My most respects to Jessi and Jessica..thank-you for nvr letting me give up and to see what I'm capable of doing..I will use what I learned in my life..They showed me I can do it..I know now..Thank-you so much Jessi and Jessica..100 respect
