Planet Fitness

Like (most) others in the chain; this Planet Fitness upholds the standards of a very safe and very clean gym and shower facility. And, like those others always has a very friendly staff that is always on task but also readily available to assist with anything you may need. I'm very glad my wife joined planet fitness, as she always seems to get the workout that she went for. We(she) joined in Florida, have enjoyed the facilities at every stop on the way to Texas and hope to for a long time to come; wherever we may roam!

The staff at the Potranco location are so friendly and welcoming. When you walk in you are greeted with a smile and a kind word. They are attentive to client needs and they keep the gym so clean. I changed to the Potranco location because of these reasons. Great job!!! A special shout out to Mr. Bobby!!!

I walked in and was met with negativity from one of the staff members right from the start. Not sure why other than maybe because of the why I was dressed today. I travel all over America and have three different Gyms memberships to maintain my Physical Therapy schedule. This PF is the reason why I am so glad they have locations all over because I will NOT be returning to this one. I do realize there is always going to be that one staffer, but I also believe that a staff member should NEVER Judge someone by appearance because they don’t know who is behind the disguise. LA Fitness is across the street. Guess where I am heading now?!

I've been to a lot of Planet Fitness locations. This one is the most basic I've ever been to. No red light therapy, no 30 minute circuit area, less machines and benches, crowded space with only 1 separated space

The staff is nice, helpful and encouraging. Atmosphere is out west going. The parking lot is hard at times to get back out of, but it does have a vitamin shop in it too. So, you can walk from the gym to the shop for your vitamin needs. It kind of evens out that way.
