Gold's Gym San Antonio Tezel & Guilbeau

Favorite location on the northwest side of town. Smaller in comparison to other locations but has everything I need. I never have to skip over a workout or machine from being over crowded like at other locations. Very well kept with an outstanding cleaning staff present daily.

Easy going no frills gym. Greeted with a smile and leave with a goodbye. Staff is nice. Easy check in. No pressure here. Staff from what I can see do an excellent job training folks. They seem knowledgeable and consistent with other members. The gym is aged but hard to leave with the laid back people there. Cleaned really well during the week. Weekend is a different story. As of late watered down body soap in mens room for hand washing. Parking is abundant and windows to look out to see if car is getting broke into. Price is fair. Also a lot of fellow veterans there. Afternoons the place is empty. I highly recommend joining.

Everything I've been looking for! New equipment, a pool, beautiful locker rooms, a sauna, a women's only area (for my girlfriend), and much more! The location is superb, as it does not get very busy during lunch hours.

I've been coming here for about a year now, maybe a little longer. This location has very friendly staff, and the vibe here is laid back. I think it's a great location for a mature crowd and beginners. No intimidation from staff or members. I was worried because it's small, but I've grown to like that. The manager is professional and friendly. It makes for an inviting atmosphere.

Great gym! Staff is friendly! Not very crowded, and has a good selection of exercise equipment.
