This is a great gym to train at! Everyone has been kind here and all are treated equal. I am 36 years old and took my 7 year old son with me. We both loved it and got the support we needed to get started. I have to say this worked me out harder than what I thought was a hard workout in just weight lifting. The coaches really push you to get to a new level and the gym has become something more, I look forward to just stepping in there, and after your training session you may continue working out on the bag, ladders, whatever! I don't plan on ever going to another gym again.
