The trainers have been great! They are really knowledgeable about the body and throwing mechanics. If you are training remotely, I highly recommend going out for a couple days to work with them in person. The communication within the Superset app has been very helpful.

The Nomad team came and gave evaluations for myself and my teammates. There methods were different than other programs and facilities that I have used before and this meant they were able to go in more in depth for how my body works. They were able to explain what needs to be done in a variety of simple ways making it easier for me to understand! Thank you Nomad!!
