CrossFit Ammo

CrossFit Ammo has something for everyone! The coaches are patient and knowledgeable so they know when to push you and when to pull back or modify. One thing I’ve liked is they set up movements from the base. It’s easy to learn even if you’ve never done CrossFit before. I also love that the work outs are different everyday. I don’t get bored from the same rotation of movements. It’s a great place for community and belonging. Lots of friendly peeps to encourage and have fun with.

Over the past decade, I have relocated several times; however, CrossFit has remained a constant in my life. While I have experienced different gyms, diverse individuals, and various coaches, the fundamental movements have remained consistent. I have had the privilege of working alongside like-minded individuals who are dedicated to personal growth and support one another in the pursuit of becoming the best versions of ourselves. CrossFit Ammo, in particular, has fostered a community that has warmly embraced me, welcoming me into their family and network. This supportive environment has alleviated any apprehensions I had about "starting over" once again. Each class at CrossFit Ammo offers a unique atmosphere, with Saturday sessions being particularly enjoyable. Their commitment to inclusivity and their role as a community cornerstone is truly inspiring. It transcends the traditional gym experience; it is a space where friends come together to challenge themselves, share in both laughter and tears, and support one another in their fitness journeys.

CrossFit Ammo is legit! I'm 24 and I've done crossfit for a couple years now. I just moved to Allen a few months ago and was looking for a new CF gym. I love working out (like a lot) so I needed a gym I would lovee! You betcha, I found it! The community here had me hooked from the first day! The people are freaking great! This was also the first gym I've seen with Hyrox classes--super cool!

Very supportive and friendly staff, they push you to be your best while still being safe. I also love the class set up and camaraderie that comes with it. Definitely would recommend anyone to give CrossFit Ammo a try!

What a great place!! The coaching staff really works with you to figure out your abilities and limits. It is almost like a one-on-one atmosphere as the coaches constantly check your technique for your safety as well as change/tailor the work out specific to you. I really didn't take long to see physical results. The other patrons of the gym are super nice, it really is a family atmosphere. I highly recommend reaching out or stopping by to see them. You can't put a price on your health, these guys really care and can help you in your fitness journey.
