Lokal Strength Crossfit

I’ve been attending Lokal Strength for several months, and it’s truly the best fitness decision I’ve ever made! The coaches are knowledgeable, attentive, and make it a point to ensure everyone is using proper form. Each workout is challenging yet adaptable to all fitness levels, and the coaches are great at scaling movements when needed. The gym itself is always clean, with a wide range of well-maintained equipment. The community is incredibly supportive and welcoming—everyone is cheering each other on, which makes the tough workouts that much more enjoyable. Highly recommend!

Lokal Stength Crossfit is a great gym for anyone looking for community and to reach fitness goals. It had been years since I had been in a gym. The group classes keep me motivated and make working out enjoyable. There is genuinely space for anyone no matter where they are in their fitness journey. Glad I found them when I did.

When I say I love this gym I mean it! Lokal is more than a gym it's a community and my happy place! The coaches are amazing and so knowledgeable and are always there to help. If you've ever wanted to try a crossfit gym I highly recommend this one!

The best gym in New Braunfels and surrounding area. The environment, the community, Jessi and James are just amazing. My daughter gets personal training done here and she absolutely loves it. We are so thankful we found this gym

Incredible place! My wife and I love heading over here with Jessie and James! You can tell a great place by the service AND its customers. These two attract an incredible crowd. Makes the workout fun!
