Club Pilates

I love this studio, the variety of classes, and all the instructors! The front desk staff are all amazing and so helpful. One free intro class was all it took for me to jump in and sign up for an unlimited membership. In just a few short weeks I have noticed an increase in my flexibility and strength in my body. Highly recommend Club Pilates! The least you can do is try a free intro, won’t cost you anything and your mind and body will thank you!

I 've been a member since late June of this year and now I am here everyday. Love the staff/instructors, environment & how I feel after my workouts. Thank you Club Pilates for helping me to stay in shape for almost 3 years. It has helped me to enjoy the sports and activities I love, without injury. I was excited to add my name to the 100 club. I have enjoyed instructors such as Nicole, Maya, KK, Rachel and Verta. I look forward to many more classes together.

The very thing that made me extremely leery about joining CP has now also become my reality. I am a “fine print” reader so I know how what I need to do to deal with things as life happens. I’ve been a CP unlimited member since April, way past their 3-month initial term. I needed to freeze my membership due to extensive travel coming up and went in person to freeze my membership before the 14 days required to make changes to your billing. I spoke with the person at the desk and signed the screen accepting my $25/mo freeze fee for each of the freeze months. But lo and behold, I was still charged the full month’s charge. I called CP Sienna and the person who answered the phone told me they were in transition with their management and they could see my request that it wasn’t completed. They told me to email, so I did and also let them know I wanted to cancel if this was going to be how they practiced business. I was told they would accept this as my cancellation but I had to make one more payment, so they would not be refunding me for the month that THEY charged me in error, when THEY failed to put the freeze on the membership. This is NOT what my contract stated in the termination section (again, read the fine print, everyone)! Long story short, I’m still working to get this resolved, but just save yourself the headache and seek Pilates classes out elsewhere. While I enjoyed the classes, this place seems to lack integrity and ethical business practices.

this is the only exercise I’ve been able to stay consistent with in my entire adult life. I will hit 200 classes before the end of the year and I’ve never felt better! I am strong and resilient because of Pilates.
