I’m genuinely disappointed with my recent experience at Yoga Six. I’ve always enjoyed their classes, but their handling of a billing error has been incredibly frustrating. This month, I discovered a billing mistake and reached out to their customer service team. I spoke directly with the manager, Nicole, hoping for a quick resolution. Unfortunately, rather than correcting the error immediately, Nicole insisted that the credit be applied to future classes instead. This approach is not only inconvenient but also feels dismissive of the issue at hand.

My experience at Yoga six has been truly rejuvenating. The serene ambiance, knowledgeable instructors, and diverse class offerings made it an ideal space for both beginners and experienced yogis. The attention to individual needs and the emphasis on mindfulness added a holistic touch to each session. I left feeling not only physically invigorated but also mentally refreshed. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a well-rounded yoga experience.

I absolutely love this yoga studio! The instructors are knowledgeable, friendly, and make every class feel welcoming, no matter your skill level. The studio itself is clean, peaceful, and beautifully decorated, creating the perfect atmosphere for relaxation and focus. I've noticed a significant improvement in my flexibility and mental clarity since joining. They offer a great variety of classes, from gentle yoga to more intense power sessions, so there's something for everyone. Love this yoga studio! I use to go to the small local yoga studio before I moved here, so I wasn’t sure if I would like it but I’m glad I gave it a try. (First class was free!) Very clean, welcoming atmosphere and wonderful instructors. I only can attend a couple days a week because of my work schedule, but I would come everyday if I could! 🥹🥰

I requested a stop on my membership and interacted with the Front Desk who assured me the cancellation was done, my credit card was still run without my permission. I politely contacted via email, explained the situation and they REFUSED to reverse the transaction. Teachers are okay but the Management is not to be trusted. Thanks for keeping my 149.
