Wonderful place for working out family activities. Awesome place to come until you have back complications and need to cancel you membership because you can’t walk. I called and they said I have to send and email or come in. I sent an email and was still getting charged for over 3 months. So I had to drive in, with my back still healing and against doctor’s orders. So I drove in to cancel my membership. All I get is “we now have the ability to cancel online”. I’m almost crawling out of the building to get to my car. Do you think I got asked if I needed any assistance from anyone. Nope!! I’m a disabled veteran and I won’t ever come here again or tell anyone to come here. The only kind words I got from the front door staff was, “sorry for the confusion”. There wasn’t any confusion. This is why I gave them a 1 star. Thanks for supporting you Veterans!!

Cancellation is a scam, they will not cancel your account!! when I cancelled my account due to Not using it , they made me sign a paper in the office. back in October 2024, and said account will be cancelled but continue to charge my Credit card. when I went back they claimed they can’t find any records of me canceling the account and even manager blame me for not keeping the hard copy!! who keeps a physical copy of anything nowadays! I finally find the cancellation form I’ve saved in my ph notes app, and only then they believed me and promised to refund! Extremely Unprofessional service!

The outdoor pools are a little pricey but worth it. Great place for littles up to about 12 years old. Don't know about the other facilities but the building is very new and well kept.

This is a great place for families to exercise together. There is more variety than you might think. There are a few basketball courts. The volleyball courts are only open on Mondays. But overall, it is a good place to do a variety of sports.

This is a great facility for everyone. Be advised that this place is exclusive only to McKinney residents and their friends. The outdoor water park has everything you need as does the gym and natatorium. All pools are salt water and the sauna is nice and hot and there day care available up to two hours a day. The whole place is staffed with an abundance of employees. Don’t miss this if you live in McKinney the family rate is phenomenal.
