I’ve been going to the arena since Dec 2023. It has been a great experience for me. Not just fitness wise, but I’ve made connections and grown as a man due to the experiences I’ve had with this group. If you’re a man age 18+ and are looking to make friends, get fit, and have a blast doing it. F3 is the way, and the Arena is open. We meet Tues/ Thurs at 5:30am and Saturdays at 6:30am. Look for the flags.

The best free man’s workout in the area bar none! Great guys from young Sugar Rays to the older Clydesdales. Every T, TH, and Sat.
