I do not like posting bad reviews. This has been a great starter gym. The staff has been somewhat friendly when you walk in and when you leave. However, the manger here does not seem to know what she is doing. I had changed my bank and my membership lapsed so I used my credit card when I came in Nov. Dec I still had not added it to my account so, this time they added a late fee and made my total $42.11 on Dec 23 around 3pm The clerk at the desk told me so, I paid with my credit card again. When I came back in the app was still showing a balance due. I told them I paid with my card when I was here last. Can you look up my check in history? SHe says It does not show a charge. I know it doesn't, that is why I am talking to you. Can you look up the credit card charges for that day. Let me look up my history the 23rd, it was the 26th now. Can you look up the charges for that day? Yes, it shows you owe and have not paid since November. Baffled, I said maybe you are not understanding what I am saying. No I hear you. She starts repeating what I said and what she said. I just told her to cancel my membership. Guess what, next day still not cancelled. I had to go up there and talk to somebody else. I will be disputing the $42.11 they stole and then maybe they can finally look up the charge. Fitness Connection has a lot more equipment, nicer people, a woman's only section, free weights, steam room, lots and lots of equipment no waiting. Thank you so much for forcing me to find a better gym.

I got hit by a Diesel Truck 5 years ago and it broke all my ribs,my jaw, my hips,my leg and cracked my scull in 3 places and cracked 5 vertebrates in my lower back and 2 in my neck, damaged my spleen, kidney,and my lower intestines. I had to wear a diaper for more than 7 months.i had to have both hips completely replaced,plate in my head and 8 bolt's in spine. After all the surgeries the Doctors said that I will never walk again That was July 18th 2023 . So I was 307lbs can't hardly move my left arm and was told that I will never walk again. Well I said fuk that and worked my ass off and 8 months later I was walking and took my Harley and got on it and went to the Doctors and told them fuk you. That's when I went to Planet fitness and asked the young lady if I could try to see if I could start working out.I didn't know if I was ready to start working out with yet but I started slow and lost 157lbs and then I put on 32lbs of muscle. But if the young lady didn't let me try then I wouldn't have made it this far.

It was a very nice gym, very clean, and people were not hugging the dumbells or machines unlike some other gyms. In terms of price, I believe they are the most affordable around. You work out, nobody is trying to outdo anybody, everyone just focuses on their goal, workout and go home. I love it.

The restrooms is just nasty have this man can’t even aim right at all ! I’ve ask the front desk how often y’all clean the restrooms he we be cleaning tonight , it be nice to get it clean as often , well he tells me well ur welcome to get one of the sprays Wht we use to clean the equipment with to restroom and bring it back ! Now that unsanitary! Wow bro!!! Hope ur boss see this

I just signed up for the Gym, but the guy in the front desk ( Jeffrey S.) I don’t have any personal issue with him, he was really rude, when I was asking him about anything or signing up. To me it looked like he wasn’t interested in his Job. I request the @planet fitness team if somebody is not talking to customer or being rude with customer you should not hire them. I have worked in customer service, but my Job was to assist them and answer any concerns. When I came to ( Jeffrey S) he moved away even didn’t bother himself to talk to me and called her colleague to talk to me. Wow this is so disturbing and disrespectful.
