Dare I say I’ve found my pilates studio? Convenient hours, several class times, aesthetically pleasing, super friendly staff and wait there is more. They have an infrared sauna and they have a contrast therapy room including an infrared Himalayan salt sauna with a cold plunge. It’s been hard to find a studio in Houston I absolutely love, but I finally found it. My husband loved it too

This place is so fun! Came here for the first time to check it out and was absolutely obsessed. I came for a second time with my book club and Julia(my instructor & one of the owners) was so sweet and welcoming 💞 they do also have a cold plunge and hot sauna!

I had a fantastic experience at Plank to Pike Pilates! The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable and supportive, making the class enjoyable and accessible for all fitness levels. The atmosphere was welcoming, and the workout was both challenging and fun. Highly recommend!

This was my first time trying Pilates. It was a challenging class, but I’m confident with some more classes I’d get better. Studio was super cute and Julia, one of the instructors was so nice. I can’t wait for my next Pilates session. 💛

Highly recommend this beautiful Pilates studio! Julia is so sweet and motivating I loved her class, will definitely be coming back!
