Defy Pilates - Bellaire

I’ve been taking classes at Defy Pilates for almost 2 months now. All of the instructors are so sweet and knowledgeable. I think the instructor Unique may have the best music FYI! She loves the 80’s and 90’s. :) I’ve also lost 10 pounds since I started (along with eating right) It’s a perfect fit for me. I’m so glad I found this place!

Defy Pilates do not owe us a thing!!!! We had a great time! My friends and I did a group outing and she worked every part of us! DEFinitely recommended lol.

Update: so since I’ve read all your reviews and saw your previous replies to people I assumed you would come with this attitude. My name is Jakiya, had a 6am class last week, signed up for your two week promo and after one class realized I would never be back! No one has to get on here and lie, my review was my truth. Also…For a business owner that knows all of these comments are public your responses are extremely weird which is probably why the vibes are so bad in that place. Do better 💕. Original: I think I’ve tried just about every Pilate studio in Houston/Katy and have been wanting to give this one a try for a while. I really wanted to love it but I’m not sure if it was the instructor or just the overall cold feeling when I walked in. The vibes throughout the whole class were just different from other classes I have been to and I honestly couldn’t wait for the class to be over. I came for the 6am class and was actually a little annoyed that I woke up out of my sleep for this session.

Unique is a phenomenal instructor. She makes it a point to speak to and work with each person during the class. You will do the impossible on the reformer in these classes

Defy is the BEST pilates studio in Houston! I've been taking classes here for a little over a year now. I absolutely love their style of pilates! Defy is the reason I became obsessed with pilates, I go to their classes at least twice a week. The instructors are all amazing and will make sure to make you work! They are very friendly and always correct your form and give you alternative movements for exercises. There's also challenges that Defy hosts throughout the year that are very fun and motivating. Additionally, Defy tries to do themed classes, such as the reggaeton classes or the barbie themed classes. Overall this studio is amazing and the perfect size!
