This facility has a versatile range of equipment. I visited here while traveling, and I was able to get a great workout. Clean and welcoming. Would definitely stop here and train again if I were in the area.

I've joined this gym back in January and it's awesome. They have all your needs. Personal Training,supplements and nutritional meals. Tom has made soo many great changes to this gym. Thank you!

My husband and I joined several months ago and have had a great experience. The gym is super clean and the equipment is plentiful and well-maintained. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Tom Barber is not only an excellent manager, but also a phenomenal trainer. His expertise and encouragement have increased my confidence and have made a huge difference in my fitness journey.

My family and i joined this year. Overall a great gym I recommend to anyone looking to workout. Love that its actually 24hrs & secure. Staff is very welcoming helpful & friendly. I feel the membership price is worth what the gym provides.
