The place is not bad but the staff they’re not all great. I had three different Instances where things were missing in the locker room the first time they just took random things such as shampoo towel, etc. so when that happened, I did notify an employee there. They were just surprised and they didn’t mention anything about any general rules or protocols that they have to do daily the second time it was something as simple as a towel again so I didn’t think nothing of it, but I did ask an employee a different one is stealing common in this gym and they replied no, but you can always get a lock and I said do I have to buy or rent out A locker and they replied no you just bring a lock again didn’t mention anything about a protocol or any rules on a 24 hour locker usage this third time I had an emergency surgery that cost me to be gone for five days stuck in a hospital and the first day out, I went to go get my things out of the locker but when I got there, there was no lock and nothing inside when I ask the associate which happened to be the manager, she said we have a 24 hour clean out your locker rule and I told her I had things in there and she said well typically we put them in a bag for you and we keep them in the front so she looked and she gave me a black bag and I was OK with that on my way to the car I decided to check the bag and my headphones were missing. Now I know three hundred dollar headphones are probably just a materialistic thing but it’s the principal of the fact that nobody told me about this role after multiple times of my things going missing. It’s also messed up how apparently employees are picking and choosing items that they find in the lockers or take out in the lockers and imagine how many people don’t know about this role and just assume someone stole their stuff . So going back inside to this location I let the manager know that I’m missing my headphones and she seem to just look for them and not find them. They later told me that I had to wait for them to look at the cameras and then they’ll call me back hopefully by Thursday, which is 30 January 2025 and they didn’t take long to call me the following day Which was 28 January 2025 and I do appreciate the promptness and they told me we found your headphones. You can come pick them up mind you I don’t live close to this location cause I had just moved. I went there because I enjoyed going there at 5 AM every day so when I went today, January 29, 2025 I asked the manager who happen to be the same lady who helped me out to find the black bag with my things in it if I can get the name of the employee that they caught on camera taking my Headphones home so that I can complain on them she said no, and she said that they’ve been verbally spoken to to not touch anybody else’s things which I think is so unfair because if you have someone that’s a thief as an employee is crazy so as any customer would I replied with so they just get off with a verbal warning is there anyway that you guys can compensate me maybe pay a month or a couple off of this membership for the trouble that I went through not to mention there’s still some items I didn’t get from the first two times And she said she has to ask so she went into the back had a conversation with I don’t know who came back out and said no I asked for a corporate number. She didn’t have one. She said you can just go online and take a survey for a company that is very large. That is very known. You’re telling me I can’t contact an actual corporate office to express my concerns. i’m just very upset about the experience that was provided at this location. I am on a weight loss journey so I decided to keep the membership. I will be changing home base for planet fitness you need to do better. Your employees need to do better because at this location, it looks like they’re just taking things when people aren’t going and the employees choose and pick what they want and then put the rest in a freaking bucket until they ask or at least let it be known with getting a Membership all the rules

Good club and close by. The object of the game when you want to start or go back to the gym is accessibility to the gym so there are as few reasons not to go.... Emily the manager always greets her members which always is pleasant. Rates are good Get your speakers and let s go! It would be nice though if the front desk would say good morning and have a nice day instead of talking to the other front desk agents

Great place to work out! Never to busy always equipment free to use. Cleanest gym I've ever been in. Staff very friendly. Only thing it needs is more free weights! Would give five stars with more free weights. Definitely getting there. New calf seated calf machine.

The place and equipment are always clean. Most of the staff is nice and friendly. Sometimes, they have problems with their wifi and internet system. But it's not a big deal. Oh and they just got new bigger equipment!! Awesome! Loving their growth. No judgment zone! 😁

I really enjoy this gym. There are plenty of machines and all seem to be in really good working condition. They have a separate area for women to work out in. The locker room and restroom, shower area is always clean. I am not in the best of body shape but I never feel out of place or discriminated against here. I have quit other gyms because of the way the staff made me feel about my body. If you need extra help on learning how to work one of their machines , they are always enthusiast about showing you. I encourage anyone looking for a gym to join this place is awesome.
