IT’S SO GOOD! "The studio, like Garland, is magical. But nothing compares to the warmth and bubbliness that Ellen brings to every class. Her infectious energy fills the space, making each session not just about yoga but also about joy and connection. It's truly a haven where you can unwind, stretch, and leave feeling uplifted and rejuvenated. Ellen's dedication to creating a welcoming and uplifting environment sets her studio apart, making it a place where magic truly happens."

This is a unique studio in Downtown Garland with great people and a great energy. I can only speak on the 70 minute yoga class they offer on the first Sunday of each month. The experience was very calming and the instructor, Ellen, is such a kind soul. I will definitely be back to try some of their other classes!

Best! Studio! Ever! My first class was Christmas yoga with Mary Lu, where I felt welcomed and encouraged to practice yoga in whatever way felt best for my body that night (hot chocolate and dancing encouraged). I left feeling so great and empowered I came back the next day for a strength class with Ellen. That class gave me the shaky legs and I was sore for a couple days, but I felt so strong. Headed back soon!

Over spring break, there was a downtown Garland "crawl" that encouraged you to go from business to business. That is when I stumbled into this hidden gem (it is above Boogie Nights and Rosalind Coffee- find the stairs by an old desk and go UP) that SMELLS SO GOOD! I met the owner, Ellen, who also made me feel at ease and wasn't yoga-snobby (if that makes sense). She was as lovely and inviting as the aromatic smell in the beautiful space. I can't explain it. It just had a good energy! I vowed that I would try a class this summer and asked my best gal pal to accompany me to yoga, pilates, and barre. We haven't regretted it! Pro-tip- the barre class is my favorite! It exceeded my expectations in being challenging yet FUN! Don't be scared to try it. We are excited to try the strength class soon...

Loved Mary Lu’s yoga class! Really appreciate the welcoming + homey vibes of the new studio and how much Mary Lu encouraged people to make their yoga practice their own.
