My son came to Plex not very athletic, and not explosive. Since going to Plex he is now one of the most athletic and explosive players in the program. His speed and fast twitch movements has increased extremely as a result of him training at Plex, but most importantly his confidence. I strongly recommend Plex for the athlete at every level.
