LA Fitness

Upon entering the establishment, I was warmly welcomed by Miss Caden. She was not only friendly and courteous, but also knowledgeable and helpful in answering my inquiries regarding the location of the men's locker room and specific equipment. I was impressed by the well-organized and orderly arrangement of the gym, which facilitated efficient targeting of muscle groups for daily workouts. To my delight, the entire facility was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, including all the cardio equipment. I was pleasantly surprised to find some old-school equipment, which catered to individuals like myself. I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this establishment and resuming my fitness journey after recovering from my severe back injury. Thank you, LA Fitness, for providing such an exceptional environment for fitness enthusiasts.

This is objectively the worst gym I’ve ever had a membership at. They frequently open late (30 minutes or longer numerous times). The equipment is old and poorly maintained. And to top it off, the heat has been out for … 2 weeks+? (It’s going into the 20s overnight). I’m not sure if the heat is back on because they stopped answering the phone. I’ve called 10+ times, they never answer. The 377 location adds a few minute to my morning routine but that has become the only option, unfortunately.

Love it here, I have been going here for years but it’s not the gym that I love it’s the people who goes here. People who goes here is friendly and helpful not just that but you always see the same faces no matter what time of the day you go. However, the equipments are old and 2-3 equipments are always in service for repair. They need more wipe stations to wipe off the equipment and I don’t think the sauna has need been deep clean. I hope they fix these issues soon because if not they will lose a lot of good customers.

Like everyone else says, the equipment is old and they don’t fix stuff that needs to be. There’s a bike here that has been scheduled for service for over a month and it’s one of the only decent bikes. The heat is currently broken and hasn’t been fixed for two weeks.

I like the different setup compared to other LA Fitness’ across the South. The locker room is nice. Everything was clean. The equipment had a mixture of old and new. Mirrors are literally everywhere to watch your form. The cycle room, basketball court, and group fitness rooms were bigger than I thought but not the biggest I’ve seen Older workout equipment though as far as the cardio machines. No heavy bag for cardio boxing.
