One of, if not, THE BEST gym you can come across in El Paso. Has all equipment you need whether you workout for fun, bodybuilding, powerlifting, etc. Staff is very helpful and always there for you to answer any questions or needs. It helps to have one membership and be able to go to all of their 3 locations!

It's a relatively small gym. Depending on what time you get there, it'll be empty enough for you to workout as freely as you like. However, if you go around the evening, it won't be completely packed, but if you're like me and have a workout routine already set - perhaps you should give the place a quick walk-through to see what's available and possibly adjust your workout beforehand. You don't need a membership to buy what's around the front desk (protein shakes, supplements, meal prep, etc.), but you reasonably would need one to use the stuff behind the desk. Heads up about the meals and shakes though: what's posted is NOT a flat rate. Reasonably, you would get charged extra for adding things to your shakes (oats, bananas, etc.). However, for the meal prep stuff, some meals cost more than others, and you'll find out about it once you're about to pay for it. I believe some of the meals like the quesadillas and enchiladas fall into that category. If you're military or a first responder, you do get a discount. You can also pay extra and get 24/7 access to the gym. There are bathrooms, but no showers.

It's not a bad gym- just bad for the price. Membership is somewhere around $50 a month, which seems very high for how small the gym is. There is only 1 bench for benchpress, and the freeweight room is tiny. Plenty of alternatives with way more equipment for a fraction of the membership price. I cancelled my membership when I was told my 24 hour access card (Which I paid $20 for the privilege of) would be $5 to replace as I lost my wallet. Insane given that the cards cost them maybe 30 cents max.
