Nice calisthenics spot by the lake. It's covered in shade by the trees. It's got dip bars, pull up bars, and few other obstacles for many different bodyweight exercises. It's convenient if you wanna go for a walk or run by the lake as well. 🌳🌿🌱🍃

Love the location and amenities of this calisthenics station. It has a pull up bar, monkey bars, wall bar, parallel bars, ab bench, low bars for dips, lowered pull bars, and a balance beam. You'd often find a couple people working out here. It's located right by the white rock lake trail with free parking and porta potties near by. The best part is the shade provided by the large trees surrounding this area. If this spot is too congested, I'd recommend going to the other side of the lake to a smaller calisthenic station by the "Boomerang Boathouse", which is also next to the white rock lake trail. There's plenty of free parking there as well.

It’s nice and well kept, I’d love to see a proper parallel dip bar put in.

It's a good basic calisthenics gym. The dip bars ought to be higher off the ground.

Love this place! It's definitely a special area at WRL and the stomping grounds for the Dallasthenics Community!
