I love this place. My son has been in the karate youth program since the school was located on Fry Rd. He is now in the BJJ program and he loves it. All the coaches are very passionate about teaching the kids about martial arts and self confidence. I have watched my son grow with confidence and skill in martial arts. He is always excited to attend class no matter how big or small they are. What I love about the school is that it's not a revolving door with kids coming and going. Many of the students have been there for several years and all the parents allow the coaches to coach their kids. If you want an excellent place for your child to grow his/her self confidence, learn discipline and respect, and martial arts, Team Tooke Cypress is the place to go.

Awesome atmosphere. Yes, the gym is clean and well equipped. Yes, the coaches are very knowledgeable and friendly. Yes, there are multiple disciplines taught here... But what really stands out to me is the atmosphere. With Adult and kid BJJ, this gym fosters a family like atmosphere. Professor Miguel treats his students like family, and in turn, the students treat each other like family.

If you are looking for a facility to help meet your fitness goals Team Tooke Cypress is the place to go. My family and I have been with Team Tooke going on 6 years. First my son started in Karate and eventually moved into youth BJJ. 4 years later my husband and I decide to try out the Muay Thai Kickboxing class and LOVED it. We not only love the facility but love how Team Tooke Cypress stays involve with the community. This place is for everyone. You don't feel intimidated walking in the door and trying a class. All the students there are very positive and pleasant. Team Tooke Cypress will always be part of my families life.

Fantastic training. The kids class is exceptional, with the kids being coached in both the martial art and how to be better citizens. Miguel does a great job of instilling excellence with his students. Superb instruction for both the kids and adult classes. The academy is spotlessly clean and highly maintained. My son and I both enjoy training here and would highly recommend it to everyone.
