CrossFit NEVO (Next Evolution)

Crossfit NEVO is a great gym! But it's more than just strength and conditioning. It's about community and getting to know some great people. The coach's are awesome and will help you get started on your fitness journey. So if you are new to crossfit don't be scared! They will guide you all the way to your goals! Come and give it a try!!

My wife and I love working out here. We (41m and 37f) were welcomed from the get go as brand new crossfitters and all of the coaches are friendly, inspiring and knowledgeable! Definitely a great place to go to invest in your personal fitness and health!

This was my first experience with CrossFit and I loved it! The coaches were awesome and whether the classes were large or small, they always took the time to correct my form and push me. The community and people are super welcoming, and I couldn’t have asked for a better first CrossFit experience. Unfortunately I’m moving out of state but I will continue CrossFit because of how much I LOVED it here!

8 yrs in and in the best shape of my life. Always exercised but Nevo elevates it to another level. Great community and have so many life long friends now. Nevo beats all the boring gyms around Cypress.
