Love, Love, LOVE the intense workouts while still being able to work and grow at my own pace... I.B. stands for Individual Best and that's exactly what the coaches here push you to do!! They are attentive to our form and help each step of the way while making us feel like family.

At most gyms I've gone too I always felt lost and intimidated. I was that person who would go on random machines and thought I had a good work out because I felt a burn and broke a sweat. At I.B.Fit they have great fit coaches, and great circuits in the mornings and evenings. I highly recommend I.B. Fit because of the great atmosphere, high energy, awesome fit fam and it's super clean too! I have seen some great results with the circuit classes and plan on seeing more with my one on one's with my fit coach and my meal plan.

Friendly and highly knowledgeable staff. The circuit training class is a supportive challenge group and the workouts will kick your butt.
