F45 Training Corpus Christi

I've been having a great experience at F45. The worksouts are all amazing and very well organized with alot of variety. The coaches are all very helpful and encouraging as well as the members. I can really feel the changes since I've started working out there regularly.

I joined F45 and was a member for almost two years! During my time at F45 I made some wonderful friends, broke through many mental obstacles I was facing with my weight after having a baby and became more comfortable with myself knowing the people around me had the same goals! There was never any judgement, the coaches I’ve met along the way have become friends and family. Crystal and Joseph, the owners, go above and beyond to embrace every member to feel comfortable and have fun at F45! I’m thankful to have made these connections with everyone here and maintained friendships with everyone! I can’t wait to be back soon after I’m finished with school when I have a more steady schedule because I really miss the positive environment, the people and the good vibes!!

F45 Training is a five star premium studio that treats you more than just a client, they treat you like a family member! The coaches and trainers are there to help you with every step of your 45 minute workout making sure that you get the best experience possible! If you’re looking for an intense sweat session check these guys out, I guarantee you’re going to get hooked!!

Great workout environment! Staff is A+++! I've had shoulder injuries in the past and have limited mobility which has kept me out of the gym. The staff is very helpful in offering alternatives to certain workouts! Really happy to have joined!

Loved my time at f45 and cannot wait to make my return ! The owners are incredible people and so involved. I cannot rave enough about the community and coaches at this f45, very sad to make my departure from them but looking forward to coming back ! Fun/challenging workouts with awesome people ❤️ good for any fitness level, you are guided through the workouts and helped with form ! Must try !
