Gold's Gym Cypress Creek

I love the remodeling they did and how they extended the spaces and added more training stations and equipment! I appreciate the kind staff that are currently on board/working (I know that it's quite possible for staff to change in the future). I like that the equipment, for the most part, is kept clean and repaired when needed. The restrooms are also cleaned often and kept tidy.

As a person who hates going to the gym, I LOVE this gym. The staff is so friendly and welcoming. Everyone greets us when we arrive, and it feels like they are actually happy to see us, not just saying hello because they have to. I used to feel intimidated going to other gyms because I'm not the fittest person, but there are all types of people here. It can get quite busy, but there is enough equipment to flex your workout routine. They've recently remodeled and the upgrades are great. I've taken a few classes and enjoyed them. I've never used a personal trainer, but I've observed them with clients and can see they are professional, encouraging and knowledgable. The women's locker room is clean and well kept, and has a sauna which I've used and most times have it to myself. As a person who has had memberships at numerous gyms over the years, this is the only one that I've actually used and kept my membership over a year. Even on days when I don't want to go, I make myself get dressed and drive to the gym. Just being in the community encourages me and I'm always glad I showed up.

Friendly staff and great gym with newer equipment. We drove from Hutto past 2 other Gold's to enjoy the clean and new feel to this facility. I wish we lived closer.

Came in to check out the gym and was helped by Brandon. He showed me around the gym and was extremely helpful. Gave me some excellent advice and probably the best service from any gym I've been to. Facility is super clean and recently remodeled. They have plenty of machines, free weights and powerlifting platforms. Highly recommended.

That's probably the best location in Austin. Plenty of Olympic platforms, 33lbs bars and no issues with Olympic lifts like many commercial gyms. It is being cleaned and organized multiple times and staff is welcoming and friendly. There is also a turf area which is very useful (and clean!). Definitely recommend.
