I recently attended my first class at The Aura House Yoga Studio in Cedar Hill, Texas, and it was an amazing experience. As a newbie to yoga, this was only my third class ever, and I couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. The studio is very clean and inviting, which immediately put me at ease. The atmosphere is serene and calming, perfect for someone new to yoga like myself. Helsa was incredibly attentive and provided personalized guidance throughout the session, making sure I felt comfortable and supported. I attended the Aura Soul class, and it was exactly what I needed. The intimate class size allowed for a more focused and engaging practice, which I really appreciated as a beginner. I enjoyed it so much I went ahead and purchased a studio pass.

I absolutely love everything about The Aura House! The yoga instructor, Helsa, is so sweet and inviting. You can feel the positivity as soon as you walk inside! Helsa pays attention to small and large details to best support and serve all her clients. The playlist and decor are definitely things to mention! I am fairly new to yoga, but have always been interested in practicing. Helsa provides a welcoming environment that not only provides physical care, but also mental, emotional, and spiritual as well. There are several yoga/meditation style classes to choose from to best fit your needs. I also like that The Aura House offers class packages instead of having to pay for each one individually. I look forward to continuing my work with Helsa and The Aura House along my growth and healing journey!

I am so thankful to fine a yoga studio with a teacher that looks like me. She is so inviting and friendly. The studio is very clean and the lay out of the studio is soooooo cute and it has plants(because I am a plant mom) I knew this was the studio for me. Although I don't live in the area (40 minute drive) I will most definitely make the drive every Saturday for her class. I left the class full of positive thoughts and energy. 10 out of 10 highly recommend :)

For my first time every doing Yoga this was extremely the best decision I've made when trying something new. The Instructor is very knowledgeable and she takes her time with you during the lesson. I will definitely be back high recommend.
