This planet fitness in Texas was very clean and well-maintained, with state-of-the-art equipment and friendly staff members. The spacious layout allowed for a comfortable workout experience, and the variety of classes offered catered to all fitness levels. Overall, the positive atmosphere and top-notch facilities made it a great place to achieve fitness goals.

This is one of my favorite locations. Gym is always cleans and well stocked. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I had a small billing concern and Genesis was extremely helpful. She thoroughly explained so the confusion so it would not come up again in the future. 5 stars for me

This is a nice gym with good equipment. If you look at my reviews of other PF locations, you will see that I'm pretty positive. This location needs to update and really deep clean. There was dirt all along the wall where the smith machines are. Not terrible but there were 5 workers behind the counter and i think some of them should have been cleaning. The locker room showers are particularly dirty. One shower door is broken, but the mold really needs the most attention.

The staff is always super friendly! I always see the staff cleaning and Genesis is always willing to answer my questions, also is always smiling, it’s a nice warm welcoming walking into the gym. The new equipment is great! I highly recommend members to get to know the staff and recommend everyone to come to the cedar hill location!

Cedar Hill location Disgusting showers in the ladies locker room. Although 2 staff members on duty they didn’t want to clean them when notified.
