Cancelled my membership a week ago. Decided I wanted to stay. They said id have to resign up, and my cost would be increased 10 dollars more a month. It hadn't even been a week. This GYM has gone through multiple owners. You would think they would try and retain what little business they currently have. Good luck.

The employees repeatedly refused to provide information on how to cancel and went as far to outright lie. I finally drove to the location and demanded they send me the link to the cancellation form. The girl at the desk didn't know what to do and called someone who told her to say she sent the link and she replied I was standing there. Suddenly the link gets emailed to me after days of calling and asking. I was unable to cancel through the form and attempted to reach out for a resolution. The lady flat out refused to help and hung up on me for informing her they had wasted a week of my time lying about this. Pretty sure this was the same woman who tried to charge me for a Celsius I brought from home once.
