Having been here for over 2 months now, I feel like I can give an honest review. I’ve been on my fitness journey for about a year and a half now and knew I had outgrown the commercial gym I was attending. I found Flex Fitness by luck and I’m very glad I did! The staff is amazing. The trainers are always helpful and encouraging, and the people that work out here are friendly when I’ve needed to reach something or needed a quick spot. I’ve felt zero judgment from anyone here. And the younger teenagers I’ve seen up here have always been respectful and polite. I can see myself here for a long time and I’m excited!

I absolutely love Flex Fitness! The vibe here is fantastic—it's always energetic and motivating. The extensive selection of equipment caters to all my workout needs, from cardio machines to free weights and everything in between. Plus, having 24-hour access is incredibly convenient, fitting perfectly with my busy schedule. The staff is friendly and always willing to help. Highly recommend this place to anyone serious about their fitness journey!

In town for the eclipse and to see family living in Burleson, we swung by Flex for a drop-in. Great gym, great staff, great deal. If I lived there I'd definitely be a member. Equipment is top notch, and everyone seems to be there to work out, not just hang out. Given its relationship with IFBB I anticipated social media silliness, but both visits were refreshingly free of any of that. In regard to the one star review citing the 'high school kids' - yes, there were teenage boys in the gym at both my visits, but they were all working out and very respectful. I brought my teenage son, who's a serious gym bro, and seeing kids around his age made him more comfortable. Thanks, Flex!

Solid 4 star facility. Place is clean and the equipment is new. Staff are friendly and the owner seems to (mostly) care. Other reviews have mentioned the teenage gym rats taking over and making it a “rave gym”. I’ve been going here for a year or so and have found the teenagers to be friendly and fun to be around. I’ve never seen the lights out either. Could be a 5 star gym if the owner would buy some basics that are missing (I.e. towel hooks for the bathrooms, a decline bench to do crunches and stools for the bathrooms to put your shoes on after a shower). It also has a consistent problem of adjustment knobs on benches consistently missing. I would move back to the BRIc (which is nicer by far) except I like the culture of the people who go here and the location is more convenient.
