This place is great! Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. The staff are great. They truly care about your well being and have flexible scheduling. Coach Kyle is awesome. He turns each workout into a fun and confidence boosting experience.

This place has been amazing and transformational since I joined! I joined when moving to Tennessee in August when I knew no one here. Everyone has been incredibly welcoming and friendly, I never feel out of place. The coaches have helped me so much with movements and met me where I was at, which is amazing because I was living a sedentary lifestyle before joining. There is even a nutrition option here that has been amazing! I’ve lost 25 pounds so far and have gained 6 pounds of muscle. Coach Liz is a fantastic resource and pillar of support. If I could give this place more than 5 stars I would. If you’re thinking of joining please stop by or reach out for more information. This has given me my life back.

From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted with warmth and encouragement. The community of members and coaches is truly exceptional. Everyone is supportive, motivating, and always willing to lend a helping hand. The workouts are challenging but scalable, making them accessible to all fitness levels. The coaches are knowledgeable and provide excellent instruction and guidance. If you're looking for a supportive and inspiring environment to reach your fitness goals and want to give CrossFit a try, I highly recommend this gym.

I’ve been a member here for about 8 months and I can’t speak highly enough about this gym! CrossFit can definitely be an intimidating space to approach but Whole Strength made it very easy! Everyone is very kind and welcoming and all the coaches are super knowledgeable. If you’re curious about CrossFit I’d highly recommend you give this gym a try!

As someone who has always struggled with being inconsistent with my physical fitness, I joined this gym looking to change my lifestyle. Whole Strength has kept me going back to the gym and focused on improving my health for longer than I’ve stuck with anything in my life. The coaching staff and members are all incredibly welcoming and friendly and have been so helpful and supportive! People of any level of fitness, from complete beginner to advanced athlete, can benefit from this gym. Give it a try, it’s an amazing place to learn and grow in your health and fitness journey and also a wonderful community to be part of.
